The Hot Seat is back and ready for a stacked card this Saturday night in Las Vegas. UFC 132 is chock full of great fights and there aren't all that many fighters on here who are in danger of getting fired.

Of course things in the UFC can change in an instant, just ask Nate Marquardt. When you work for Dana White you are never safe!

UFC 132 promises to provide some early Fourth of July fireworks as there are some grudge matches and some real heavy hitters on this card. This will also be a test to see just how well the smaller fighters do headlining a pay-per-view. Faber is a proven draw, but will Cruz be able to pull in some buyers as well?

All that and more as we find out Who's on the Hot Seat for UFC 132.

Tito Ortiz

Tito Ortiz

was once considered the biggest name in mixed martial arts. Whether you loved him or hated him you always paid to see him. He helped carry the UFC through the lean years and despite all of the nonsense he and Dana White have put each other through, Ortiz has always come back to the UFC.Without a win since defeating Ken Shamrock in October of 2006, Ortiz no longer holds all the cards. It's very clear here, win and continue with the only organization he has only known. Lose and Ortiz can retire or try and hook on elsewhere, but his options are few and far between.
Ortiz has meant a lot to the sport and to his fellow fighters. He has fought hard to get paid more money and in turn that has helped raise salaries across the board. He has developed a successful clothing brand and should be doing pretty well financially.
Ortiz is a fighter though and it's what he loves to do. To have that taken away from him would add to the misery he has been going through over the past few months due to his problems with Jenna Jameson. He needs to win to keep himself sane!
He won't have an easy task as Bader is a younger, stronger wrestler and has better stand-up. It'll be interesting to see Ortiz fight with his back against the wall. If this is truly it for "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy," I say thank you for the memories.

Andre Winner

Winner was a finalist on season of The Ultimate Fighter, but lost to fellow Englishman Ross Pearson. Since then he has gone 2-2, but his losses have come back to back in his last two fights. We all know that the UFC lightweight division is stacked and if Winner wants a home in it then he needs to win against Anthony Njokuani.
He was choked out in his last fight at UFC 122 by Dennis Siver and lost to Nik Lentz via unanimous decision at UFC 118 in what was one of the more boring fights of the year. His lack of wrestling was really exposed by Lentz in that fight.
Njokuani is a very exciting fighter who has won three Knockout of the Night bonuses in the WEC and was awarded a Fight of the Night bonus in a losing effort against Edson Barboza at UFC 128. He will not be an easy task for Winner especially with his unpredictable style of striking.
It's pretty apparent than Winner needs a victory in the worst way, if not then he will more than likely be unemployed this time next week.
