However, as slight of a chance it is, the "Once in a Lifetime" tagline may not be dashed after all. A WWE creative team member is pitching the idea of shaking up not only WrestleMania 29, but the road it starts on (Royal Rumble 2013), according to F4Wonline.com via WrestlingInc.com: Quote:
Not to mention, in any business environment, successfully carried out propositions begin with just one planted seed. Suffice it to say, if these changes do come to fruition, Triple H and John Cena would have to settle for different opponents. In Triple H's case, the planned rematch with Lesnar would have to wait, opening the door for another strong heel to step in (source: F4Wonline.com via WrestlingInc.com). Options could include anyone from a newly-turned Randy Orton to a returning Mark Henry or an impressive prospect like Antonio Cesaro. Cena, on the other hand, would be best served either partaking in a fan-favorite bout with another top babyface or revisiting his feud with Dolph Ziggler. Lastly, if CM Punk were to retain his WWE title at the Royal Rumble, there would be no better scenario than to put his championship on the line against Undertaker's streak at WrestleMania. |
