Manny Pacquiao told Sugar Ray Leonard that he considers his fight with Tim Bradley to be one of his most difficult, adding that his children want him to beat Floyd Mayweather Jr., then retire.

During an interview with Sugar Ray Leonard, WBO welterweight titleholder Manny Pacquiao said his mother and family want him to retire, but that his oldest child has requested that he defeat WBC counterpart Floyd Mayweather Jr. first.

"You know my family wants to retire. Especially my mom and my family and also my kids. But the request of my kids -- I have kids 11 years old, 10, and 5, and 3 -- the request is, 'Daddy, I want you to retire,'" said Pacquiao on SugarRayLeonard.com.

"They speak English, because they've started in international school. So, they talk to me in English. They say, 'Daddy, I want you to retire.' But, before you retire I have one request.' 'What is that?' 'You need to fight Floyd Mayweather and beat him and that's that.'"

Pacquiao told Leonard that the wish that he vanquish Mayweather came from his 11-year-old.

Pacquiao (54-3-2, 38 knockouts) also discussed his upcoming defense against WBO junior welterweight beltholder Tim Bradley, whom he will face on June 9 on HBO Pay Per View at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao said that he considers Bradley (28-0, 12 KOs) a serious threat to his 15-bout winning streak that includes eight knockouts.

"When you fight a guy, especially a Timothy Bradley, He's undefeated, he's strong. So this kind of fight, it's, you know, you can not underestimate him," said Pacquiao. "He's strong and he's a good fighter, so I consider this fight as one of my hardest fights."
