According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons database, more than 600,000 Americans of all ages go missing every year, and approximately 4,400 unidentified bodies are recovered every year. The following case is just one of those disappearances.
Marvin Alvin Clark was born in Iowa in 1852 and throughout his life had several different jobs. At one point he was a farmer as well as a town marshal in Nebraska and Oregon. By 1926, Marvin had married a woman called Mary Clark and settled in Tigard, Oregon, about 10 miles south of Portland.

The delivery of five red roses became a sinister signature in the mysterious disappearances of two young Atlanta, Georgia, women in 1965 and 1967. Only one victim was found, with a tragic outcome, but the perpetrators were never tracked down.
On October 14, 1965, Mary Shotwell Little did some shopping for a planned dinner party, then met a friend for a meal. Mary worked for the Citizens and Southern National Bank, and had married bank examiner Roy H. Little Jr. only six weeks previously. On the day of her shopping trip, Roy was out of town on an auditor’s training course.

At the turn of last century, a group of young men on holidays were for some reason discussing the supernatural in the lobby of their hotel. One youth named Sanford was claiming that ghost stories were often badly written, and even inaccurate. In particular, when the hero screams and nobody hears them.
He expressed the opinion that if he were frightened, to the extent of his hair turning grey overnight which is often described, he would definitely scream loud enough to be heard from any distance. Several of his friends, as well as the hotel clerk, agreed with him.
In a dark corner behind the stove sat a man, hunched over his knees, silent, and apparently unknown to any of the other guests. At this point he looked up, cleared his throat, and remarked in a strange, husky voice the statement was nonsense...

Divination with a mirror is an ancient practice known as scrying. The term originates from the word ‘descry’, meaning ‘to catch sight of’. Scrying is also known by various other names such as seeing or peeping which is the practice of looking into a certain medium in the hope of detecting significant messages or visions.
The following story is about an old wardrobe that had been in the same family for many years. At first it amused its owners but would later give them disturbing visions. When Tim Corvinas Grandmother died he and wife Judy inherited the old wardrobe that stood 215 centimetres high and 180 centimeteres wide.
