The following true story is about a very unusual possession that took place in the middle of the 19th century in the small town of Watseka in Illinois.

It involved two teenagers called Lurancy Vennum and Mary Roff. One was deceased and the other was alive.

The case was very famous at the time and many books were written about this amazing incident which became known as The Watseka Wonder.
