Site's New Auto Link Checker

There is a problem with the new link checker we have just installed. It is showing links not working on some threads when they are working.
We are testing a few Link Checkers and want to get this right to help you.

So can members help us and if they see this problem in any threads on the links being auto marked "Not Working" and the links are good, please click on the report button in the threads to let us know.
