He is already an experienced Moderator and we are lucky to have found him.

You will find him very helpful to you members, should and when you need it, he was already helping us and folk on here for a while.

It did take me some time to accept this position as I vowed to myself never to work on another board,(time wise) but in the end I couldn't say no cause you are all beautiful people on here, and its at least a way to say thanks to you all.
I just hope I meet all your expectations

pop, thanks so much for offering so many times, to help me and the site, in any way possible. I aways take my time when considering people to make a member of staff, and there is no doubt in my mind that you will live up to any expections, and more.

Thank you for your lovely pms, believe me you will not find anything like any responses and/or the history you may have had on any possible sites before, that put you off them. That is none of our business. I do think many of our members feel the same way sometimes, that is why they are nervous to post. The "Net" is a cold hard thing sometimes.

But you already get on with many of the staff here and know them, and they "jest luv ya" petal, as do I, and respect and like you!!!! So they, and you, were already pals before you became a Site Helper. They are all good people and each have their own special talents in different areas, that make this site what it is.

I am also very glad, because of the time difference, between some of us staff, in Canada, the USA, etc. and me here, (in different time zones), and folk in "Aussie", that man the site during our "night hours", that you will be around to look after the site and help them, as and when, when you have time.

Plus as I said in my pms, if you get stuck during those hours please pm deadlegion, he lives in "Aussie", as does also BaZZa and deathd, who are very hard working staff, & great people and will be glad of your back up and help, as we get busier, if, and when, you have the time.

Good luck and really just enjoy the laugh between all of us and the members,,,,,, but be warned, watch out for the jokes we have between all of us, and I still owe you one,,,,, he! he! he!,,, revenge is still best served cold and I am biding my time!, as I am with our member oscar! and staff member BaZ.
