As a free user I do not have any problems downloading from Uploaded.to :)
Occasionally they have a "all free download capacity is exhausted, please try again later" message, but when I try again some minutes later, it's full speed for the download. Of course, my full speed is about 50kb/s, so it's not huge, but it IS consistent in the mornings and evenings (European time) and every download completes properly. ... Day-time it slows to a crawl (possibly just ISP shaping on my small line) and most large file downloads will be incomplete, but then I do have a day job, so it's not all bad ... I need to concentrate on work for a while :) |

I came across a site that posts links for stuff at a place called "rarefile(dot)net". I think they are located out of France, but not sure. I haven't try downloading from them yet, they have a limit for free users at 350 megs. So I don't know how fast or safe they are.

From a downloaders point of view, I tested and found that exhabit and uploadedto (ul.to) are the worst, not only for free download time but they never respond to their emails about site affiliation and paypal no longer work with exhabit. Exhabit "may" reopen their affiliations in 4 months. That does not look good for those uploaders that have already affiliated with them There have been many complaints about both from uploaders and members, on other sites. Both of them and Turbobit also block US IPs The other one that was dreadful was netload.in you have to wait 50mins for free download to start. The fastest filehosts I have found so far are Filedino.com and freakshare.com Just in ,,,,Paypal have frozen uploaded.to (ul.to) account , Uploaders may not get paid! Due to the freezing of our Paypal account we aren't able to do any payouts at all atm, not to you uploaders, not to our cooperation partners like our hosting service Leaseweb. This brings a very big problem up, when everyone cancels their Paypal payouts and requests the fund via another method, we get into shortpasses and aren't able to continue the usual moneyflow because all the cash @ Paypal is frozen. This led to the decreasement of the Lead Revenue from 5 to 3 EUR I have warned you guys from the beginning NOT to use them, but was ignored, now you will lose $$$ by that |

Try
freakshare.com & filedino.com, They have been recommended by a couple of uploaders and I have to say their service seems good and so is their Free Downloads, which will be good for you as members will note you are using them, after I recommend them, when I have finished testing all. Please check their terms for uploaders and post in here what they are. If you can supply Rapidshare.com, that would be a big help to me, I know you dont earn from them, but members love them and this will help your reputation. RShare may change their mind in the future about affiliations, or so they said in their reply to my email. I have noticed that those uploaders that use uploaded to (ul.to) and exhabit are being ignored by members so they are losing out by that. At the mo Paypal have blocked payments by exhabit, so there must have been many complaints about them Their service to both uploaders and members is getting worse. From the beginning I warned my uploaders not to use them. I can never recommend them to anyone and I have read many posts about them on many sites and others feel the same way Be guided by my and popperslist recommendations and he is usually correct! & many uploaders use Turbobit, but I dont know how they treat their uploaders uploaders.to, exhabit have never answered my emails about affiliations and I have been waiting weeks for a reply. If you investigate Turbobit for uploaders and post in here their terms and what you think, that would be a big help and I will investigate them for site affiliations Thanks Just to add the ones that pay the best or offer to, are not necessarily the most trustworthy and many not pay you!!! |

Rapidshare have gone down the drain again, slow downloads limited to 30 kps and delete your files after a few days.
I loved RS but now I know not to click on them for a download, but just board work. |

Not sure when you're getting the "have to register message" with them but I don't. DL speed as a free user is 400kb/s which is as fast as any paid membership. Now mind you the one link of a set of 2 links gave me a "Downloading of this file is temporarily disabled, the server containing this file is a rather busy, try again later, sorry" message but the other link went right away.

Second link working now still a free user. It has dropped to 200 kb/s second so not sure if that's because I was so quick on downloading a second time or because of the server.

Only allows Up to 400 Mb, 2 files max upload and are reported to be problematic on paying out and are cheating with the premium sales So you all need to think about that. FileFactory.com (also owns hitfile.net) Free Downloads is usually closed so they force you to buy Premium. I dont like that and now they are offering half price Premium to get folk in, that smells trouble to me, they cant be doing well, so how can they afford to pay out uploaders? They have never replied to me to resolve this, I tried again today and received this message; User ID Ladybbird not found in our records! Their site is a mess, so I have finally given up with them. Whats the point of providing their links, you will lose out that way, as members know they do not supply a good service and will not download from them?? Im told they dont reply to emails because they dont understand and speak English or any other language except Russian! so how can they deal with queries and emails. That to me sounds like they are interested more in earning money and couldnt care less about their clients. freakshare.com & filedino.com are good for free downloads, that says a lot to me that they care about their members and uploaders = good servers! Right now I still think filedino is still the best one I have found so far on all the points that are important to both uploaders and members. I have since read all the reports on Rapidgator. Paypal has also frozen their account and RGator have announced they will close in a month
Filedino posted a legal disclaimer since I first investigated them, this may affect Uploaders Files, so I wont be recommending them. Freakshare still have good reports |

ifile.it and one other have legal problems, there are no guarantees that both sites will remain active. ifile.it, for example, is still working as usual for registered users.
