Man 20, Photographed Kneeling on Crying Childs' Neck Arrested For Breaking Parole

The disturbing photo appears to show a man kneeling on the neck of a baby wearing a nappy, which is lying on its front with his hands held behind his back

A man who was being investigated after he was photographed apparently kneeling on a baby's neck, has been arrested.
Isaiah Jackson is said to be in the photo with a crying baby, who is wearing only a nappy and face down with their hands behind their back.
The disturbing image was shared online and included the caption: Blm now mf [Black Lives Matter now, motherf***er].
The man appears to be mimicking the death of George Floyd who was killed after a police officer knelt on his neck during an arrest in Minneapolis on May 25.
Floyd's death provoked an outcry and led to numerous Black Lives Matter protests in cities across the United States and around the world.

Clark County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio had been investigating the photograph.
They say 20-year-old Jackson had been taken into custody on a parole violation and faces a potential felony charge for the image.
Officers, who also found the mother with the child when they arrested Jackson, said she claimed she was not aware of the photo being taken, or what it showed.

They did not reveal what her relationship to Jackson was.
Prosecutors in Ohio are yet to lay charges in relation to the images.
