'Drowning' New Details on TRUMPs' Absolutely Desperate Finances - SMALL & MAJOR Donations Have Decreased Enormously

Trumps’ campaign cash crunch: Small-dollar donor fatigue, major donor hesitation

TRUMP Hurtles Toward Monday Deadline to Pay $464 MIL Fraud Penalty -

'Road to Dons’ Financial Demise': AG James Ready to Seize Properties

MSNBC 20 MAR 2024

Trump is facing two major fundraising problems: a shortage of big money interest and a drop in small-dollar donor support.

The decline in small-dollar contributors could be a significant obstacle, as the former president seeks to cobble together a 2024 war chest. Small-dollar donors are critical to Trumps’ ability to raise enough money to fund his presidential campaign.

Donald Trump is hurtling toward a Monday deadline to secure a financial guarantee on the more than $464 million he owes the state in a civil fraud lawsuit brought by New Yorks’ attorney general Letitia James.

“Clearly we have a presumptive nominee for president who is desperate—I mean absolutely desperate—for immediate cash infusions for both his personal and political finances”

Trump is hurtling toward a critical deadline in his most costly legal battle to date. If the former president doesn’t come up with a financial guarantee by Monday, New York’s attorney general can start the process of collecting on the more than $464 million Trump owes the state in a civil fraud lawsuit.

Trumps’ lawyers are trying to stop that from happening. They have asked a court to put collection efforts on hold while he appeals the verdict.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee tried getting a bond, WHICH FAILED, for the full amount, which would have stopped the clock on collection during his appeal and ensured the state got its money if he were to lose.

TRUMPs' 'Dirty' Money - Some HISTORY

How a Wall Street exec’s suicide led his son to share files on Trump’s favorite bank with the FBI..

In ‘Dark Towers,’ the New York Times’s finance editor David Enrich told the story of the most scandalous bank in the world—and its shadowy ties to Donald Trumps’ business empire.

In the wake of the 2014 suicide of Deutsche Bank executive Bill Broeksmit, who had been long regarded as the conscience of the scandal-plagued firm, his son, Val, accessed his father’s computer files to understand more. He shared some of those files—which touched on the bank’s relationship with clients Donald Trump and Jared Kushner—with reporters and federal investigators.

Val wasn’t the only source of frustration. The two committees in April issued subpoenas to Deutsche for its records related to the Trump and Kushner accounts—everything from personal financial information to any records related to suspicious activity reports tied to the accounts. In the hands of congressional Democrats, the materials could become a Rosetta Stone to unlock Trump’s innermost financial secrets.

For that reason, when the president learned of the subpoenas, his lawyers sued to block Deutsche from complying. The dispute spent months winding through the federal court system. In the midst of that process, the intelligence committee in June issued a new subpoena—this one to Val.

It demanded that he promptly hand over everything in his possession related to Deutsche.

Val grudgingly complied

Drowning in DEBT-The TRUTH About TRUMPs' Absolutely Desperate Finances:

California Bank & Billionaire Have TRUMP Over a Barrel After Repeated Bailouts Inc. $175MIL Bond in TRUMPs' Organization Civil FRAUD Case..Bombshell Bribe? Trumps' Billionaire Ally Don Hankey Finances Him

They Have Doled Out Over $500MIL in Financing to Pay Off Debts and Helped His Cash-Strapped Washington Hotel....

Now Billionaires Have REVERSED Their Decison to Vote For Him

MSRAW 5 APR 2024

A California bank, along with its largest individual shareholder, has doled out over $500 million in financing that has benefited Donald Trump by helping him pay off debts and even helped him make a profit off a lease on his cash-strapped former Washington hotel.

Axos Bank and California billionaire Don Hankey has also helped Trump cover the $175 million bond on his civil fraud judgement, the Associated Press reported this Friday.

Since Trump is running for president, ethics watchdogs wonder if the bank and Hankey will ask for anything in return if Trump is elected.

"If the guy gets back in the White House, they've got him over a barrel," former ethics lawyer Richard Painter said.

As the AP points out, the Securities and Exchange Commission previously investigated Axos Bank after a whistleblower accused the bank of money laundering, but once Trump became president in 2017, the investigation was closed after the claims were settled out of court.

Hankey has also come under scrutiny. In 2015, one of his companies was forced to pay $48 million in penalties and compensation after an Obama-era agency found it used illegal debt collection tactics. His company, Westlake Services, also paid $700,000 to settle a 2017 Justice Department lawsuit accusing the company of illegally repossessing vehicles owned by members of the U.S. military.

Hankey, who donated $80,000 to Trump and the GOP in 2016, claims politics played no role in his decision to help Trump.

"I'm chairman of the board of several companies, and we just carry on our business and we try to stay away from political issues or taking sides," Hankey said in a previous statement.

Legal analyst Norm Eisen, there are "multiple layers of questions about what is Hankey's relationship to Trump and to others in Trump's orbit."

From three years ago Major Global Banks & Deutsche Bank will no longer do business with Donald Trump in the wake of his supporters’ assault on the U.S. Capitol
