SCHOOL is out not just for summer, but for all the seasons for Sydney 16 year old Christina Parie. Parie is about to launch her first 5 track EP, 16 and Unstoppable. Indeed it's been a crash course for Parie, who you may recognise as the square peg from last year's TV hit X Factor. She was the Sydney girl who sang Kelly Clarkson, All American Rejects and a jaw-dropping reinvention of the Cranberries' Zombie, re-birthing a song that was a hit before she was born. Parie, who made the show's final six, was ultimately let go to follow her own path seeing as she'd clearly already found her sound and it's that sound, honed from growing up listening to everything from the Sex Pistols to Pink, Kelly Clarkson to Blink 182.
