For those not familiar with the Moravian Church, it is one of the oldest Protestant Churches in the US. The Church I belong to, Friedberg Moravian Church, was established in 1772. Here is a link to a brief history of the Moravian Church starting in the mid 1400's. Of course when our Lord and Savior comes to gather His Bride the Church, there will be no Moravian, Baptist, Methodist or any other denomination for we are all one, brothers and sisters in Christ, those that believe and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Moravian Daily Texts

Friday, May 1 — Psalm 56:9–13
Job 36:27–37:24; 1 Corinthians 9:12b–27

You have burdened me with your sins; you have wearied me with your iniquities. I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins. Isaiah 43:24–25

And you who were once estranged and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, Christ has now reconciled in his fleshly body through death. Colossians 1:21–22

Almighty God, we are so grateful for our Savior, Jesus Christ, whom you promised to us. Help us to adore him and to proclaim his word everywhere we are. Amen.

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people -- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:1-4
