An evil dad who murdered his own son is accused of raping and killing an eight-year-old girl before sawing off her hand.
Moehydien Pangaker is claimed to have snatched Tazne van Wyk who vanished when she went to buy some sweets just metres away from her home in the neighbourhood of Pradow, in Cape Town, South-Africa.
The little girl's battered body was found dumped along a highway by local resident and police on February 19, 12 days after she went missing.
The 54-year-old being held for the barbaric killing was released from jail in 2015 after being locked up for murdering his own son in 2001.
According to the state indictment, as reported by national newspaper Daily Voice, Pangaker is believed to have lured the little girl away to the Parow train station.

He is then believed to have drove her towards the town of Worchester and allegedly raped her along the highway.
An autopsy report shows Tazne reportedly died from blunt force trauma to her head, chest, neck and pelvic area and one of her hands had been sawn off with an unknown object.

According to the Daily Voice, Pangaker is facing 11 charges of rape for attacking various victims both adults and two more minors, as well as incest for impregnating a relative.
He will reportedly face a total of 20 charges committed since he was released from jail in 2015 which include murder and kidnapping.

The earliest charge dates back to 2016.
The country’s President Cyril Ramaphosa is believed to have visited Tazne's family and apologised for the government's failure in giving Pangaker parole.
Daily Voice reports how the defendant stood in the dock with bandaged hands during a court hearing to move him to another prison, during which the father of Tazne faced up to him and demanded: “Why are you doing these things? You're a big man.”
Reportedly the defendant was taken away before he responded.
