Player Suspended For Urine Soaking
-------
A Dwyer (Fla.) High School baseball player was suspended for two games and may face further discipline after soaking the visiting dugout with urine ahead of a game with rival Palm Beach Gardens. Dwyer officials found the unnamed player acted alone in dousing the area with so much urine that the smell was noticeable to visiting fans, The Palm Beach Post reported. Dwyer Athletic Director Tom Pagley said the act was indefensible and that the player was facing a school suspension. "First of all, it's disgusting," Pagley said. "I don't know what even goes through a kid's mind to think about doing something like that." Dwyer coach Frank Torre described the player's behavior as "classless." "It's totally not what I want to be a part of," he said. Torre and Palm Beach Gardens coach Joe Russo, who are longtime friends, said they noticed the smell before the game but decided to play regardless. Dwyer won the game 7-4.
