AMAA within legal limits of what I can say. Discussion on reddit has been interesting and I sure like to see more on where new Internet technologies around sharing collide with copyright and constitutional law.

isoHunt is currently involved against in two major lawsuits. One in the US where he takes on the MPAA, and another in Canada against the local RIAA.

Very sad and I do sympathise with him. LBB

The Canadian local RIAA is called CRIA.

Here is another example of the copywrong groups gone bat crap crazy. Gary Fung did nothing that you could not do for yourself with Google. The main difference between the two is Gary doesn't have loads of money to hire lawyers. So he was made an example of.

Since then, Google has modified it's search returns. You can still find the same things, you just have to be a bit smarter about your search terms. If you ask the right way, you can still find the torrents. With magnet links, if you can define your search terms well enough, you don't even have to show up at the tracker to get the link for the swarm. You can do it through Google.

This is just more of the same as what Megaupload and several other sites have gone through.

It's funny which names you see popping up with official complaints and law suits in these dark times...Here are a couple of names you will recognise...

I have tried to inform you about this Ladybbird and a few other matters but for some strange reason you do not accept pm's from the "common folk"...

Well Rsole, there is a very good reason for that, today alone I had 57 pms to answer and many of them were so unnecessary as they contained questions or info, that could have been asked or posted on the forum, as you have done with this one. ;)

I also still have 144 emails to deal with and all that is just a part of what I have to deal with today...... Ive tried to cut down the hours I spend on this site every day to under 15hrs, but in doing that I never seem to catch up. I do a lot of work with my staff and Tech Admins, behind the scenes which members are not aware of. I also do a lot of investigating every day to see how to improve and promote this site.

If I were to open up my pms to everyone, I might as well not bother to sleep. I dont consider any of my members as common folk..... Blocking the majority, unfortunately,,,,, is a necessity.

Just to add Rsole, the link in that document to our site has been investigated by our Elite Mod bobo, and it doesnt exist. It was posted on DTD in May 2011 and our site did not exist then...... :)
