How to get Win 10 (1803) to network to other PCs.
By default Windows 10 vs 1803 will NOT talk to Workgroups (like win 7) So if you had you win 7 and Win 10 talking to each other BOTH WAYS and then win 10 upgraded The talking stopped from win 10 pc.
It is a simple fix but was hard to find. Here is my share of the find. . https://winaero.com/blog/network-computers-not-visible-windows-10-version-1803/ . Also Both PCs need to have Admin Login info with Passwords. My win 10 User Info is my Gmail address and password (don't know when I did that) and my win 7 pc just had an Admin but no password. I had to set up a password for the win 7 pc. Hope this helps somewhere down the line.
