did anyone hear this great man passed away? i don't have an obit of him right now. but i'm sure if i don't get around to it tonite. someone here will find one.

i've been a fan of his for years. no matter weather if it's with him as his signature Role "Columbo" or even going as far back as one of the cabbie's as i think his greatest film he EVER did 'It's a mad mad mad mad world. from (1963)

the 1st edition dvd of that actually came out on mine & his b-day the 16th of "September" (2001) though that version is now out of print. & they re-issued it with a terrible cover. i'm still waiting for a version of that with all the deleted scenes that have been found that aires on 'TCM" to either on on dvd or Blu-Ray"

another film that everyone MUST see is his (1976) film 'Murder By Death" a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL Cast. & a truly GREAT film as well. anyways R.I.P.

Sergant Columbo" who NEVER got promoted above that.

I have info on Peter Falk on yesterday`s post in the World News: 'Columbo' Actor Peter Falk Dies At Age 83

I guess i should`ve posted the thread here, but, after all, it is world news that he past on.

I wish that had a post set up for entertainment news. That would cover movie reviews, news about entertainer's, & so forth.

I wouldn`t have to go to the General News, Anything Goes or World News Threads to post entertainment news.

well i guess go to the suggest section to the site perhaps? most sites i belong to have them. in ones i've belonged to in the past they actually did listen to me.

I have put in a suggestion for Entertainment News & Reviews. I`m sure the more sections will come up or sections will be rewritten soon so there won`t be so much confusion.

well good. to be fair the site is still new. i was a mod on one site that no longer is around. a good site i think. & i kinda became one because the site was quite empty i think. & we didn't have that many members at the time. so i just started posted stuff.

& he asked me do you just want to become a mod? i said sure why not? & it did help the site actually. & i noticed things that weren't there sections i mean.

such as a country section cause i wanted to post some Hank Jr. so he created that & a few others i suggested. & though it had to be closed for personal reasons on his part. the site did get more members than it had when i 1st joined
or rather when i 1st started posting stuff.

which was nice that i was able to do that. this site feels more filled out actually. but apparently sometimes stuff doesn't occur to people when creating a site & you know what? that's ok. it happens.
