Vandalised car sparks 'ghost' rumours
Vandalised car sparks 'ghost' rumours A ghostly image caught on CCTV has caused confusion at a US police department. An officer came out into the car park to find his car vandalised and his rear view mirror damaged and lying on the floor. A look back at CCTV footage revealed a ghost-like image loitering near the car's side, leading many in the area to suggest the car park was haunted. A US meteorologist, however, had a much more scientific explanation, saying conditions in the car park were, "just right for a dust devil". "The only way you can see the dust devil is that it picks up dust and debris into it," he said. |
