Van Halen to Tour With David Lee Roth in 2012

Van Halen is going back out on the road with a familiar face.

The band has announced that they're touring in 2012, with frontman David Lee Roth, guitarist Eddie Van Halen, drummer Alex Van Halen and bassist Wolfgang Van Halen along for the ride.

According to Entertainment Weekly, they were all last on the road in 2007, which was the first time Van Halen was back together with Roth since a brief reunion in 1996.


Tickets will go on sale starting January 10, although specific dates have yet to be released.

On top of the tour, the band is also getting ready to rock on a new album, Van Halen's first with Roth in about 28 years. The group's last collaboration, "1984," which was released on the last day of 1983, included hits like "Jump," "Panama" and "Hot for Teacher
