The brother of murdered teenager Becky Watts has said the man who killed her is 'gone in the head' and too dangerous to be released.
Daniel Watts, 20, who lived for many years alongside Becky with Nathan Matthews has said that his step-brother will always pose a risk to teenagers - even when he is released from his 33 year sentence at the age of 61.
Matthews, 28, was ordered to serve a minimum of 33 years in prison after being given a life sentence for the murder of 16-year-old Becky, who was killed on her older brother's birthday.

His girlfriend, 21-year Shauna Hoare, was sentenced to 17 years after being found guilty of the teenager's manslaughter.
Mr Watts said: 'It wouldn't be safe for teenagers or anyone. He'll be 61 when he gets out and he'll still be looking for teenagers 'cos he's gone in the head.'
Matthews, 28, and his girlfriend Hoare, 21, targeted the 5ft 1in teenager due to their shared dislike of her and an interest in petite teenage girls.
They devised a plan to kidnap Becky from her home in Crown Hill, Bristol, and drove there on February 19 while she was alone.

Detectives say the truth about what happened to Becky that morning may never be known but a pathologist found she died of strangulation.
Becky suffered more than 40 injuries to her body as she bravely fought for her life against porn-obsessed Matthews and his partner.
After her death, Becky was dismembered with an £80 circular saw in the bathroom of their squalid home in Cotton Mill Lane - less than two miles away.
She was murdered on Mr Watts' 20th birthday - a celebration he will never mark again, he said.
'He's just a complete animal. But obviously he never showed that side to me when I was younger. The betrayal from him is unbelievable.'
The family, including Mr Watts, are now behind a campaign to put a Becky Watts memorial lamp in a park near to their home in St George, Bristol, to keep other young people safe at night.
Her parents have called her murder a 'despicable act of evil' and Becky's mother Tanya said she will always be haunted by seeing her child's dismembered body in the morgue.
The teenager's father Darren Galsworthy and his wife Anjie - Nathan's mother - described 'being cast off a cliff into despair' and wishing they were also dead.
During the trial, a jury heard how Matthews and Hoare laughed as they watched a parody of a Disney Frozen song, entitled Do You Want To Hide A Body, while Becky's remains lay just rooms away.
A jury took just three hours and 27 minutes to convict Matthews of Becky's murder while Hoare was found guilty of the teenager's manslaughter.
Both were convicted of kidnap, perverting the course of justice, preventing a lawful burial and possessing two stun gun torches.

Becky Watts' mother said her daughter's murder was like 'the worst of all horror movies'.
As her killers waited to be sentenced they sat in the dock as Tanya Watts said: 'There is nothing to celebrate anymore'.
Remembering the moment she gave birth to Becky on June 3 1998 with her own mother, Patricia Watts, by her side.
'Becky didn't want to come out,' she said, adding: 'She was happy where she was. When they finally brought her out she was screaming the place down.
'I always said they knew about it when Becky was born, they will know about it when she is a teenager.
'I never thought it would be like this.
'My beautiful, kind, funny, loving, loyal, feisty, creative daughter has been murdered.
'Every day has been a living nightmare and, if that wasn't bad enough, for some reason that I will never be able to understand, after my daughter was murdered she was mutilated - cut into pieces.
'It is like the worst of all horror movies - but this is real.
'She was my child. She was only 16. How am I meant to cope with that? It is never- ending. I don't want to remember Becky like this but the thought of her dismemberment is always at the forefront of my mind.'
Ms Watts said Becky had been murdered on her 'protective' big brother Danny's 20th birthday.
'How is he ever expected to get over that?' she said.
'There is nothing to celebrate anymore.'
Ms Watts said she felt 'furious' about what happened to her daughter.
'I have so many questions that just go on and on and on,' she said.
'I can't rest until I know what has happened to her.'
Ms Watts said she was able to visit Becky at Flax Bourton mortuary, following 'really hard' work by the staff there.
'I will say that the impact of seeing Becky reduced my mum to tears,' she added.
'This is the only time I have seen her so visibly upset. The image of Becky there wearing a bandage around her little wrist to cover up the cut marks - that image haunts me.
'Becky must have been so scared, thinking she was safely resting in her own bedroom, to be attacked like that.
'Knowing that her last moment was filled with fear and she would have fought for her life - it is just unbearable for us.
'The impact of Becky being taken from us, murdered, dismembered and hidden is massive.
'I often hear myself talking about Becky and asking questions about her death but it is like I am talking about someone else, not my baby girl.
'Those people involved in Becky's murder and dismemberment left us with a lifetime of emptiness, continuing memories of her last moments, nightmares and a grave to visit.'
