A millionaire British estate agent who punched to death an alleged German paedophile after he took pictures of his children is set to be spared jail.
Devinder Kainth, 39, was given a six-month prison sentence after admitting the manslaughter of German
PR man Sandro Rottman at a restaurant in the upmarket Spanish resort of Sotogrande.
Rottman, 43, who once helped launch Katie Price’s polo clothes range, was being investigated at the time after police had found child sex abuse images on his computer.

Kainth was jailed for six months at a short hearing at Algeciras Criminal Court, Spain, after state prosecutors agreed to a deal with his lawyer.
But the father-of-three's jail term is likely to be suspended as first time offenders in Spain are not usually forced to serve prison time for sentences of less than two years.
Alcoholic Rottman, who was known to drink three bottles of vodka a day, died in hospital after being attacked by the British estate agent in the Spinnaker Restaurant at 10pm on February 7.
Kainth, who was out for a meal with his partner Gemma Hawkins and their three young children, went ballistic after spotting pictures of his children on his victim's iPad.
It was later revealed the German, who also worked as a computer programmer, was being investigated by a judge over vile images on his computer. Police found them after being called to his house to investigate a burglary.
Judge Raquel Gomez Sancho ruled heavy-drinking Rottman's alcohol-related health problems had contributed to his death.

In a two-page document released at Algeciras Criminal Court Number Two, she said: 'When the accused finished eating and got up to leave the restaurant he realised as he talked to Sandro that he had been taking photos of his children without his consent.
'This really upset the accused and led to him shouting at Sandro that he should erase them whilst he demanded he explain his actions.
'The tense situation led to a fight in which the accused punched Sandro several times in the head.'
These punches would not normally have caused a person's death, Gomez Sancho continued, but Sandro had severe liver cirrhosis which meant he died minutes later.
Gym fanatic Kainth's emotional state when he attacked Rottman, after seeing the pictures of his children, was also accepted as a mitigating factor when sentencing.
Rottman, who had been banned from several bars in Sotogrande over unpaid bills, helped organise model Katie Price's August 2009 trip to the resort to promote her polo clothing range and was pictured chaperoning her and ex Alex Reid.

A spokesman for Miss Price confirmed after learning of the German's death: 'Katie was present at an event where Mr Rottman was working for the organisers.'
In a full statement later released, she said: 'I had no recollection of meeting him as he was not my assistant but it appears I did during the course of my one day working trip to Sotogrande promoting KP equestrian.
'This is clearly a tragic incident that will impact the families of all involved.'
Kainth's defence lawyer declined to comment on the case when approached by MailOnline.
