Default Re: Google Slams MPAA -After Court ‘Victory

the MPAA and the RIAA are nothing but thugs these days. they used to be i think a respectful bunch of folks. not anymore when they want to censor the web.

there's plenty of things you can look up that aren't dirty at all that the computer can think it's dirty. all you need to do is put on the parental section on your computer on and you will see that if you want to look up a certain film and i'm not talking about porn either. or even a title of a popular book it won't show up. that's censorship

i have nothing against parents using it when it comes to keeping their kids off the porn sites or any other site that they should not be on. but when you have grown adults that who aren't into little kids or anything that would give them jail time even if it's just a chat room and nothing comes from it. leaving that part out and it's just the regular web.

we should all be allowed to look up what we want to as adults. if we want to look up a title of a porn on IMDB and who was in it, the site itself isn't going to have the film on the site at all we should be allowed to look that up. like i said as adults
