Heartbroken DJ takes the terminally ill dog he has owned for 15 years on unforgettable bucket list adventure from coast to coast
* Thomas Neil Rodriguez adopted his beloved dog, Poh, in December 1999
* Earlier this year, vets found two 'very large tumors' in canine's abdomen
* They deemed tumors inoperable and said that Poh was likely to die soon
* Mr Rodriguez decided to take 15-year-old dog on adventure across U.S.
* Created a bucket list of experiences that they would do with his fiancée
* These included landmarks in Las Vegas, D.C., New York and California
* Poh has now had to return to Queens home after condition deteriorated
