Or you can avoid installing ask toolbar in the first place. Before installing java do the following:
Go to start - run and type CMD, then press enter.
Once in CMD, navigate to the directory where you downloaded the java installation kit.
Then type the name of the executable + SPONSORS=0.
Examples:

or
jdk-7u71-windows-i586.exe SPONSORS=0
or
whatever is the name of your file. You can rename it to "whatever" and then you will have to write in CMD: whatever.exe SPONSORS=0
