As of today 22nd of August 2012 BayW has gone offline for both legal reasons and financial.

Well they did make money from their members & the powers that be dont like that. As I have said before, the US always goes after the BIG Boys....
But after just checking around, it appears that maybe their server has been seized, as it is no longer around.
Some that have, or have not, been closed down by the FBI, are reopening, some with different Site Names, but intend to be "Locked Sites", maybe available to VIPs only.
Sign of the times...but please dont worry folks, your and this site's privacy are protected. If you are concerned, then please use one of the proxies offered in this same section. 
We are small but reliable.
