Or at least that is the presumption. You really have to ask yourself if all the helicopters, the SWAT team, the FBI, most likely the RIAA and MPAA had a representative there; if any of it was necessary beyond Hollydud's love of filming a tale.

Not much is mentioned about the fact that Kim had a local police man as part of his security team. One who could have at any time given Kim a warrant for arrest or search, without any of the stage show. Drawn guns for hosting an internet company? What's next, raids on nurseries armed with machetes, looking for one of the Top 10 Wanted in a baby basket?

You can sort of tell by the attitude of the US, they know even if they don't admit it in public, they screwed up big time. In the rush to get it done, it looks like lots of political favors were done in the back room. Never mind what the law says you have to do; that's for the peons. The attitude seems to say, if you are on the legal arm, or a politician, you're above that.

I've had problems with accepting how this happened and the methods used from day one.
