I doubt there is much call at this point to say much about it. Almost all the busts inspired by the RIAA and the MPAA have come to naught. There's been a few they've won but the majority hasn't been wins in court as much as bankrupting whomever they sought out by dragging out the proceedings.

Because of the involvement of the MPAA I would be very skeptical of the evidence. Both groups have been known to manufacture the evidence and then either plant it or ensure it was somehow there to prove the case. They've been caught red-handed many times in this sort of thing.

I will end this by saying whatever is billed and they put out in public in an attempt to try the case in public before it is heard is likely to be long on claims and short on actuals.
