I live in a third world country and the service, hospitals doctors and equipment they have here by far exceeds the US. Many Americans come here for good cheaper healthcare. We pay the same amount per year, that the Americans pay per month.

Our insurance covers meds, dental and the choice of menu of food, whilst in hospital,,, (better than a 5 * hotel)
