TPB was considering thanking the UK High court over the ruling. While they were discussing just who would or would not have to obey the blocking, TPB received 12 million more visits than normal traffic. They can't buy ads and commercials but UK High court gave them more than they could have spent to get or reach.

According to another article, TPB was planning on teaching all that would read about how to go about getting around the blockage.

Again we see laws being made and ruled on by people who don't understand the technology they are trying to control.
