Horrifying: Texting man lets pram with baby inside roll onto Melbourne train tracks

A baby has survived after its pram rolled across a platform and fell onto rail tracks at a Melbourne train station.
CCTV footage shows the mother looking away for a few seconds as the pram rolls away and lands on the track.
A waiting passenger who is busy on his mobile texting, does nothing.
Metro Rail spokesperson, Daniel Hoare said the incident should be a cautionary tale to parents.
"It happened so quickly this incident. It just shows that you can't look away from a pram," he said.
