I haven't heard any update about Kim Schmitz's (aka "Kim Dotcom" the CEO of Megaupload) extradition yet, but I must admit I've been busy and distracted.
If New Zealand decides to hand him over to the US then it could lead to more mayhem for filehosts........although the Megaupload scenario will
probably stand out as being different to many other filehosts that could possibly be targeted simply because of the profits made by the Megavideo service.
I see many links being deleted by filehosts in a panic......and I know people that are deleting their own uploaded files (admittedly these individuals are in the US).
Sad times indeed
